Dans un très beau lieu à l’Estaque près de Marseille, Vincent Lucas propose des séances individuelles de Sonothérapie chamanique.
Nous ferons une recherche des points de blocage visibles et invisibles en stimulant le langage du corps par la rencontre avec la respiration, la musique et les sens. Pour cela nous nous ouvrirons à la magnifique diversité des instruments ancestraux que sont les Gongs, bols Tibétain et autres instruments tirés de sa collection. En fin de séance nous définirons une pratique appropriée de Kundalini Yoga, qui vous ouvrira à une plus grande autonomie énergétique 🙂
